[TVARC] SSTV from ISS

Thanks, Ed, for the heads up. I downloaded Robot36 and headed to the
backyard for a pass 19 minutes past noon. My Baofeng UV-82 had no
problem receiving the signal--which was very solid--and the app decoded
the picture as advertised.
The golfers on Destin never looked up to see what I was doing!
I attached a screenshot from the phone. That's more interesting than
just the picture.
