[TVARC] club station

How about something like The Villages Carpentry Shop?  Maybe The Villages
could build an extension on to the carpentry shop? They could charge a
yearly fee for the use of the facility.  Also how about inquiring about
something at the Charter School?  That could be a win win for both the
school and the club.  Just some ideas.
