[TVARC] SEQP N8SK SOAB LP

[Anthony Hackenberg]

Conditions were poor to dismal on the bands during the 2017 Solar Eclipse
QSO Party (SEQP).  I gave up on 20 meter phone (SSB) after only getting 1
QSO in 1 hour!  😟 I switched to a digital mode (JT65) on 20 meters and
squeezed out 10 QSOs in 6 hours!😣
