[TVARC] SEQP K2PS SOAB LP

Conditions were pretty poor for this special QSO Party, but I gave it a
shot.  I didn't notice any change in propagation, but I was kind of in and
out, seeing what the sun was doing.  Didn't have any special glasses, so I
just got a piece of paper, poked a small hole in it, and let the sun stream
through onto another piece of paper.  See attached.
