[TrunkCom] more EDACS ESK enabled systems using extended addressing?

HI all, how is everyone doing?  I was just looking around on radioreference.com and have noticed that a growing number of ESK enabled EDACS trunked systems are also using extendd addressing.  I can see someone like the state of Florida having to use extended addressing, but say a county system?  That just seems a little strange.  
    On another note, the 436 is working good for me, and I just have to tackle programming in trunked systems.  I know that there is Sentinel, but that doesn't work too well for me since it doesn't play well with my screen reader.
