[TrunkCom] Happy holidays and an observation on Tennessee's TACN trimmed system

Hi all, and happy holidays.  I am spending the weekend in Tennessee with my mom and I have been listening to the state system here and there is very little activity on the site near her house which is in Louden County.  What little I have heard is the county sheriff and what appears to be THP.  I had heard that the sheriff in this county does use encryption but what extent I don't know.  Is TACN usually pretty quiet in most areas of the state that are outliing?
