[TrunkCom] Lee County, Fl trunking and/or full time encryption?

Hi all, I just was randomly searching around on line and for a while monitored the Lee County, Fl feed which is fire and EMS.  I remember reading an update on radioreference a while back about an upgrade to P25, and unfortunately full time encryption.  Does anyone know what if anything is in the works for this system?  It was just dispatch that sounded like they were patching to digital of some sort.  
	I monitor this from time to time as my late grandmother who passed away in late January had a condo there and used to spend her winters down there.
