[TrunkCom] Buffalo, NY area and new scanner

HI everyone, has anyone heard anything about Buffalo, New York going to a trunked system any time in the future?  When I was there and just did a search up on 800 MHz I heard a P-25 control channel and a little bit of traffic.  Currently, the police there are on P-25 conventional with a couple of encrypted freqs for detectives, and what is there and in use now is using LSM modulation, and was a little tricky to get even from Downtown where I was staying.  Radioreference doesn't have any info on any upcoming changes there.  ]
    I also am still looking for someone who has successfully has used the software for the BC436 or 536 with a screen reader and the associated apps for it.
