[TrunkCom] Looking for the best deal on a new Uniden BCD 436

Good morning everybody. I am just wondering where I could find a good deal on the new Uniden scanner? I am also looking for the associated software with that as well. Also, if there is anybody out there might know what my best bet is in terms of getting something that work with screenreader I would appreciate it and thanks in advance.
