[TrunkCom] Question about Harris P 700 portable radio

Greetings folks, I know that it has been a while for some people. I have a possible opportunity at the Harris key 700 portable. I have a few questions about it.

First, do all of these units have capabilities for 700 and HZ? Also, will be used units work on project 25 phase 2 systems? Also how easy is it to get a hold of the firmware to program these units?
