[TrunkCom] Upgrade to state system

Greetings everyone. Last week, I was in Michigan and my understanding is that the state system in Michigan was upgraded astral 7.11. It is my understanding that this has an encrypted conductivity. Has this been implemented yet to anyone's knowledge? What I was home, monitoring and tracking it was accomplished with no problem. That is to say, with the usual mishap of scanning and tracking the simulcast of system in Detroit. Right now, for the sake of scanner will stirs in the Grosse Pointe and Harperwoods. I am just keeping my fingers crossed and praying that they decide not to encrypt anything routine Thatis. Also, to clarify I know that 7.11 is there but have they implemented the encrypted connectivity yet?
