[TrunkCom] Astro 7.11 and encrypted end to end connectivity

Hi everyone, I have done some following on the MPSCS in Michigan and in addition to having yet more users move to the system in the coming year they are talking about Astro 7.11  with encrypted end to end connectivity.  Does anyone know what kind of impact this will have on monitoring?  
    Interestingly enough, there has not been any talk of X2TDMA on Michigan's MPSCS.
