[TrunkCom] LTR standard, but has data bursts that sound more like passport?

Hello everyone, I have a quick question about LTR Standard and Passport Systems.  I will be returning home at Christmas time to Michigan and there is a system I am interested in monitoring, and it is listed as an LTR standard system, but it has the longer data burst like a passport system would have.  Are there any systems that are standard but have the longer data burst?  
    Also, as a side note, I am still looking for the battery pack for the Uniden BC250D but I'm going to visit the store where I got it from and stock up with that and a few other things.
