It occurs to me that you might have picked up the new Onondaga County 
system.

My sources tell me that Monroe County has no plans for trunking in the 
forseeable future.  They just spent a bundle on narrowbanding and 
digital.  The only likely candidate for trunking was NYSWN, which has 
been cancelled.
