[TrunkCom] Pro-96 software or even software for the Uniden BC-250?

My Pro-96 is off getting repaired now, and I should have that back shortly, but I am looking for software for that or the B-250D.  I know about Win-96, but isn't there another program out there that allows one to program it, and the format of the whole program is a spread sheet?

There has been no mention of Monroe County's conversion in Trunkcom 
because the system is not trunked.  It is conventional P25 digital.

Win96 is the best for the PRO-96/2096 IMO.

For the Uniden 250D, there is ARC250 by BuTel.

Both have free trials.

BTW, if anyone in your area does go to full P25 trunking, your BC250D 
won't be able to track it.
