[TrunkCom] Pro-96 software or even software for the Uniden BC-250?

Hi everyone, it looks like Rochester, and Monroe County has gone to a Motorola trunked system, using the 460 frequencies they have used.  This means a base and offset that I don't know of yet. My Pro-96 is off getting repaired now, and I should have that back shortly, but I am looking for software for that or the B-250D.  I know about Win-96, but isn't there another program out there that allows one to program it, and the format of the whole program is a spread sheet?
