[TrunkCom] new P-25 TRS coming on line in Austin and San Antonio?

HI everyone, I just was looking at the radioreference page, and I see that a new P-25 system is coming on line for San Antonio and Austin, and I see it has 700 MHz frequencies.  Who will this serve, and what will happen to the San Antonio EDACS ProVoice System?
