[TrunkCom] anyone know any more about this new trunking format? MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus with a system voice of TRBO?

 It's just how many systems will go on line with this kind of use?  Also, 
while we are on the subject of having information about systems you can't 
monitor or even track for IDs of talkgroups, I am wondering about the CLEMIS 
OpenSky system in Oakland County, Michigan.  Where are they getting the 
talkgroup IDS from?
