Some areas allow private recievers... I believe Boulder or Denver do allow it as well. I would just imagine that they use encrypted groups, or enable encryption when conducting sensitive ops.

If there's another way, I'd love to know too :D

Hi everyone, I was just looking around on radioreference.com under the live feeds section, and I noticed that some cities that are ProVoice have feeds.  I'm just wondering what and how were the strings being pulled so someone could put a ProVoice feed on line?  Right now I am listening to Oklahoma City Fire, and earlier I was listening to Albuquerque Police and fire with digital groups.
