Hey Jeff,
Easiest thing to do is talk to the guys on the RR Oregon Forum. Someone with inside info is bound to show up sooner or later. I would imagine that they would go with P25 siding strongly on Encryption, which is Motos big selling point these days! Or just keep googling or request pdf's from the state or something.
Is it snowing in MI yet? Starting to show signs of fall here with cold mornings and early darkness! Hope all is well dude!

I was going to do that oo, but I also was wondering if anyone had inside
information there? I know the OpenSky didn't go through, and from what it
sounds like they are wanting o intograde everyone in the state on the
system, so my guess is that the Portland TRS will be intograded into this
some time down the road.
