[TrunkCom] Anyone have any information on the new statewide system for Oregon on 700 MHz?

Hi everyone, it has been a while I know.  Does anyone have any more information on the new 700 MHz statewide system that is supposed to b coming on line in Oregon soon?  I read in MRT yesterday it was going to be on 700 MHz and cover the state.
