[TrunkCom] a little note to those using radioreference.com with screen readers

Hi evryone, I have a brief note for those of you who are using or know
someone who uses radioreferenc.com and also uses a screen reader.  In
order to access the data base you have to look around the page about half
way down the main page for a "Clickable Link."  It should say data bases
and reference and click there (press enter) and the data base will come
up.
