[TrunkCom] What's the latest with Oakland County CLEMIS trunked system?

Hi everyone, I read on Radio Reference yesterday that two more cities in Oakland County have joined the OpenSky system and they are Madison Heights and Royal Oak.  Are the problems with the system cleared out?  I also thought that the communities that boarder Wayne County would be the last ones to switch over?  Have all of the problems they had been having been cleared up, and when will all of the county services like the sheriff's department moving over?
