[TrunkCom] M/a Comm filing law suit against the state of New York over 800 MHz system

Hi everyone, thought you all might like to know that I have been looking
at the MRT Magazine homepage and I guess now M/AComm is filing suit
against the state of New York for withdrawing the contract with them for
the state wide 800 MHz OpenSky system.  M/Acomm is claiming it worked as
designed when the state said that it hasn't, so I don't know what the
final outcome will be, but the state here is not doing well money wise, so
I don't think you'll be seeing them go to anything new soon.
