[TrunkCom] is it too late for NY nd PA?

I guess the obvious question would be "October of what year?". Shortly after
I posted a critique of the PA-M/A OpenSky initiative on a RR forum, I did
receive an e-mail from a M/A Com representative who allegedly was in charge
of the NY project. He certainly did not deny the problems in PA-not all of
which, as I admitted and stated in my post could be attributed to M/A Com.
He assured me, however, that NY would be fine because "it's all in the
planning". He might want to reconsider his statement. Due to the
extraordinary resulting expenditures/costs in PA, I doubt if they could or
would cancel the contract. NY? "It's all in the planning."

Hi everyone, I just saw an article in MRT that the president of M/Acomm
vowes that the New York's OpenSky will be ready in October. I know they
voide the contract and so has PA, but does thi mean it will be going ou of
service? From what I've been able to read that it looks like New York, just
wants to back out of the contrac altogether.
