[TrunkCom] LTR data burst already taking over control channel of old Wayne County TRS

Hi everyone, I am wondering if anyone here is still monitoring the old
Wayne County trunked system that has all the non-public safety users on
it?  I know that activity is  sparse on it, but since returning here from
Arkansas I've noticed an LTR sounding data burst on the control channel
even though the Motorola system is still on the air.
