[TrunkCom] Rebanding has begun on Motorola trunked systems

	That implies ONLY that they swapped the board and upgraded the
firmware at some depot location - logical if there is a security issue
involved and they don't want stores involved.   Possible they do this
by rotatating the boards into depot upgrade, rather than reflashing them
at some lower level - hard to tell.
