[TrunkCom] Rebanding has begun on Motorola trunked systems

CQPSK has been improved with the newest 1.2 DSP firmware on the 
PSR-500/600, however the best way to monitor the CQPSK system type, with 
any capable trunking scanner is to point a beam antenna at one tower to 
prevent multi-path reception from neighboring simulcast towers.
