[TrunkCom] Rebanding has begun on Motorola trunked systems

Again, the MPSCS system is a true P25 system and will work fine with the 
PRO96/2096, BCD396T/BCD996T, PSR-500/600, BC296D/BC796D.
Only Motorola systems that are analog or mixed mode are a problem.
