[TrunkCom] Rebanding has begun on Motorola trunked systems

In early 2006 the PRO-96 was CPU firmware updated for a 3600 baud trunk
tracking problem for a range of talkgroups. I had to return the radio to
the local Radio Shack, who sent it to a service center for a replacement
logic and display board. The logic and display board has the CPU on board.
