[TrunkCom] Rebanding has begun on Motorola trunked systems

Right, and we have a few MPT systems in my home area and they use the
ACSSB modulation.  I monitor conventionally from time to time with my
THF6A to see what activity is on the two systems in question, but don't
spend too much time with them.  Come to think of it, I don't spend that
much time with UHF SMR, and always tell myself I will, but never get
around to it.
