I would start by calling Uniden, They will be able to give the address and
tell you how much and what you need to do.

I they no longer service that model, find a local radio shop.

Hi everyone, how are you all doing?  I would like to now send my BC250D in
for service.  I had posted here af ew months ago that it had been dropped
when I was returning from Arkansas and the on-off switch does not work and
is out of the shaft and will not work.   I'm wondering where I can send
this and what do I have to do prior to sending it in?
