[TrunkCom] anyone hearing LTR data burst on 854.5125 in addition to Wayne County TRS?

Hi everyone, from my location here in Grosse Pointe, I am hearing what
sounds like LTR data burst on 854.5125 even when the Wayne County
Government trunked system control channel is being used here.  As for
Wayne County, the control channel has stayed the same since I returned
from Arkansas at the end of March with the LTR data.  I haven'tfound any
LTR systems in the area using this freq on radioreference.com.  Has anyone
else been hearing this?  I haven't heard any voice, but just the data
burst every 10 seconds.
