[TrunkCom] LTR standard or passport?

Hi everyone, in a few days my BC250D will be back with me as I got it
repaired, and before I leave for New York I am planning on doing some LTR
monitoring of the Detroit Public Schools System.  This first was listed as
an LTR passport, but since  has been changed to standard.
	When it was changed to standard talkgroups were added and I
checked in conventional mode, and the  data bursts appear  to be the same
as they were when it was passport.  I'm talking about the longer bursts
that you normally would see on passport, or could this be also used in
standard systems as well/
