[TrunkCom] PSR500/600 scanners capable of tracking ESK systems?

Another feature that allows for more radios on EDACS, and is in use in the
state of Florida on their system in addition to the ESK.  From what I've
heard that system in Florida isn't working well and has been getting a lot
of complaints.
