[TrunkCom] Pro 92 repair ?

Hey all,

While cleaning out my pro 92, I accidentally chipped off a piece of the lcd glass on the corner, not on the screen itself, but up where the connections are.  After putting it back together, which is a tedeous task putting the white piece back behind the screen, everything worked, but the LCD.  So take it apart again and all wires and boards are fine, nothing broken, but somehow cracked the inside of the lcd causing it now to have a big "tie-dye" look.  I'm assuming go to RS online and get a new lcd for it.  How tricky is it to replace the screen?
