Hi,
I had the same problem here with my Uniden BC246 TrunkTracker III.
What saved me was using a program by Butel (that I had to buy) called ARC246.
First thing you have to determine is what kind of trunking system
Wilson, N.C. uses.
Go to RadioReference.com at
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=5643 and you will see
Wilson City uses analog transmissions on their LTR Standard system so
you should be able to receive trunked transmissions.
Your BC898T can receive LTR trunking systems like Wilson City uses.
(see http://www.grove-ent.com/bc898t.html)
Next, take a look at Commercial/Shareware programs for your BC898T.
(see http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/RadioReference.com_Web_Service#Web_Service_Application_Support)
I would try Butel's ARC898 (US$ 39.95) software. This program will
download and program the required trunking frequencies for Wilson into
your BC898T. (http://www.butelsoftware.com/)
Give it a try and let me know how you make out.
