[TrunkCom] VHF P-14 trunking system in the Finger Lakes region?

There is and that is where I am located now.  As I said the P-14 CC has
been on and off again, but very strong when running and I've come across
it when doing searches in the VHF band, and sometimes I think they are
just immages, and others they would be too clear to be immages.
