[TrunkCom] what to do with an old inoperative BC250?

I'd disagree with that last statement, unles, of course, you're
referring to reading talkgroup ID's on the display, which obviously we
cannot do. But I love my 396 and 996, and if you think the 250 was
not blind-user-friendly, you'd absolutely go crazy with the 3- or 996.
Without a computer, they're pretty much paperweights.
