[TrunkCom] new GRE scanner

I'll have to do that, but before I spend the money or ask for it for a
holiday gift I'd like to know about what people are thinking of CQPSK
performance?  That is the only thing that  bugs me about the 96 is that it
doesn't handle CQPSK as well as it could.
