[TrunkCom] Pro-96 and Nextel Rebanding

WHat about moving already 800 MHz systems to 700 in the north?  i'm
surprised in Arkansas it hasn't happened faster, and they have one cite
with one or two 700 MHz freqs from what I saw and that is about it.
