Ah yes, I knew they were somewhere in there.

What I really want to know is, regardless of features, which, aside
from things like Uniden's Close Call thing and one or two others on
either side, is, how good are these two radios at doing what radios
do--namely, receiving?  I'd love to see a side-by-side Excel-style
spreadsheet of key numbers like sensitivity, adjacent channel
rejection, intermodulation susceptability, signal-to-noise ratios,
power requirements, you know the drill.  *THAT* is how I'd really like
to evaluate these two machines, based on how they do what they do, not
what bells and whistles they can add on.  I frankly don't care if my
roast beef comes with horse radish sauce or au jou, it's just got to
be damn good roast beef underneath--whatever they throw on top of it
is of secondary consequence, in my unhumble opinion.  Anybody got any
real specs on these guys?
