[TrunkCom] APCO-25 and BC-78oXLT

Thanks Jeff,

They all indicate an A.  As little activity they have I can probably just
use a conventional scanner.  They have 4 control channels it seems,
(marked in red), no alternate blue channels, but only one channel that is
marked in black.  I guess they haven't really gotten off the ground with the
system yet.
