Hi David, welcome aboard never heard of the Rs Pro 433 im quseing it's from radio shack must be a new model or a old model is digidal and capibale of receiveing 800 mhz. I had al ot of trouble with my BC296d but once you get the hand of it it,s pretty simple. theres a lot of good information on the Radio Reference.com site Good luck keep checking back someone might be able to help.        73    Gordy   N8KON
