[TrunkCom] Pro-96 mods to monitor 700 MHz using software?

Hi everyone, I read some place that there is a modification you can do
with Win-96 so that the Pro-96 will allow you to monitor but not
trunktrack 700 MHz.  Is this true, and how do you change the settings?
