[TrunkCom] major changes with Wayne County TRS!

Hi everyone, well it looks like Wayne County's long awaited move to the
MPSCS is in the process  of happening.  The county wide TRS is
crosspatched with mPSCS full time now from what I can tell and the Metro
Air Port is now on their own system.  Some users are using the MPSCS while
others are using the old analogue TRS.  Does anyone know when the county
plans on being moved over to MPSCS?
