[TrunkCom] Little Rock monitoring

Hi everyone, I will be going back to Little Rock in a week for school, and
plan on bringing down my scanner and ham gear, and am just wondering if
the state system upgrade is the only thing that has gone on radio ysstem
wise there?  I now think I've identified the Motorola TRS on the federal
Band as Little Rock Air Force Base, and a majority of the coms there were
encrypted, is this still the case?  Also, will the city of Little Rock be
going digital at any time soon?
