[TrunkCom] New fire radio system ready

Well, it is better then nothing, and when the police in my area went
trunked I would have taken on line monitoring any time before the new
scanners came.  Someoen posted to one of the lists a while back he wanted
to monitor public works which is not included in the feed there.
