[TrunkCom] EDACS narrow band and ProVoice

EDACS wide band is at 9600 BAUD, and narrow band is 4800 BAUD.  You can
tell if the system is narrow band EDACS as the control channel sounds
different.
	I've also noticed that ESK EDACS sounds a little different.
