As anyone seen a site that has zero as the system id? I found a site that I could not lock on with a scanner. When I used trunker it never changed from the 1234 as sysid. When I used edump it showed the sysid as 0. Interesting it did show traffic on a normal five LCN system but the there was no traffic heard on any 800 mhz channels except for the CC. 

One suggestion was that it was actually only used for MDC traffic and other was spurious data that would of been for a normal site with a sysid of 6. There is a edacs site with a sysid 6 about thirty miles north that uses LCN  6/7/8/9 and this one uses LCN 1/2/3/4/5.
